These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Amazon Earn regarding your registration for, access to, and use of our platform and related services. 1. Service Description
Amazon Earn is an online traffic promotion and rewards platform (the “Platform”) that provides users with task browsing, promotional tools, commission settlement, and account management services. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time based on business needs.
2. User Registration and Account Management
2.1 Eligibility
By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not have such capacity, you and your legal guardian shall be responsible for all consequences arising from your use of the services.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, including your username, password, and verification codes. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
2.3 Invitation Code System
A valid invitation code is required during registration. The invitation code determines your referral level. After successful registration, you will receive your exclusive invitation code and may invite others to join. Rewards may be issued in accordance with the Platform’s policies.
3. Earnings and Settlement
Users may earn rewards by completing tasks and participating in promotional activities. Specific earning rules, settlement periods, and withdrawal methods shall be subject to the information displayed in the user dashboard or announced by the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to adjust the earnings structure, and any updates will be published through in-platform notices or official announcements.

- Users are solely responsible for any losses caused by their own operational errors or account mismanagement.
7. Modifications and Termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after any revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. You may stop using our services at any time and request account deletion.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform operator is located. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction where the Platform operator is located.
